Getting users is way harder than building now
The solution is to be human. People buy from people they like, know and trust.
It's true.
People are rushing to learn AI now.
Every marketer is talking about AI agents, automations, vibe-coded workflows, and systems that run by themselves.
Those are great. I'm not being anti-AI prophet or a Luddite.
But have you paid attention?
The people growing the fastest right now aren't hiding behind their oh-so-cool automations. You see them making AI-made images, videos and even automating customer service, but to market and "distribute":
- They still show up on camera
- Post consistently
- Tell stories
- Reply to comments
- Work hard to earn trust
You probably didn't follow your favourite creator because of their Claude workflow. I bet it was more because they've explained something clearly, entertained you, and the whole experience felt... ironically, quite human.
Building has become easier. Distribution is still difficult, if not more difficult than it is.
AI has lowered the barrier to creating.
But not attention, trust, and connection. Those are still very human games. And human-ness is now more important than ever.

The strategy would be to find the middle ground between using AI agents and being human
