50% show-up rate on your webinar
The "industry standard" for webinar show-up rate is 40%. If 100 people register for your webinar, about 40 will show up.
It’s also getting worse, because people now see webinars as sales pitches.
Here's how to get a webinar show-up rate to 50% and more.
1 - Get people excited
We live in a world of distraction. If someone registers on a Monday for a webinar that starts on Friday, that's 4 days for them to lose their excitement.
Add registrants to a WhatsApp community, and send them updates. Send them a personal video (example below).

2 - Live-only bonus
- Thanks, you're registered. See you on Friday, 9PM.
- Thanks, you're registered. See you on Friday, 9PM. We'll show you our social intelligence dashboard and pass you the prompt to build it on your own during the webinar.
Which one has the higher probability of getting someone to show up?

3 - Solve a bleeding-neck problem
The more specific you are in your webinar, the higher the show-up rate.
- How To Maximize Rental Income – boring and not specific about what someone would get.
- How We Grow Our Rental Income by 15% Using Smart Home Upgrades – nice and specific.
4 - Engineer the most convenient path
I used to remind registrants with just emails.
The problem is most people don't have email notifications. They also receive too many emails. Your reminder emails get buried in their busy 84,711-email inbox.

But people are on their phones all the time. Checking Instagram. Checking WhatsApp.
Set up WhatsApp reminders.
Last call for Further Faster next week
I made the same mistake marketing Further Faster. Instead of being clear about what the workshop solves, I left it vague – business, money, AI & life. yikes.
So here's what Further Faster does. It's a workshop that takes you behind how King Quah built Saltycustoms into an RM18 million business, and shares with you the frameworks, fundamentals, and systems to get there.
It's a rare kind of workshop that we're running once. And it'll probably be the only time we'll run it.
