Turning leads into a paying customers is the harder part.

Notice what he said:"Heavily dependent on META advertising. No spending, no enquiries."

The reality is that most businesses are forced into a ransom by META. If META disables their account, that's it. The business is moot.

Put yourself in the shoes of the person in the screenshot above. What would your next move be? Do you still continue to advertise with rising ad costs? What if your CAC becomes higher than your CLTV?

The solution is actually quite simple (although not easy).

A follow-up system that relies on conversations

The business above had 2,922 qualified leads, out of 5,914 leads.

What if they decide today to build a relationship with these leads, irregardless of whether these leads were qualified or not?

Remember, this is a business with an average order of RM60,000. People don't go around casually spending RM60,000, untill they are absolutely sure that what they are purchasing is the right choice.

If they start sending newsletters, giving away tips and behind-the-scenes stories, in the form of edutaintment. What do you think would happen in 6 months time? Do you think they'll have more or less customers?

By the way, the cost of starting these newsletters are so low – that it's quite ridiculous why any business does not start a newsletter.
