I kept starting from zero
And it has been the biggest reason why I'm not as successful as I wanted to be.
I've "started" making video content for my business at least 20 times now.
It always starts the same way. I have something to share. I get excited. I film for two weeks straight. Then a client project or launch comes in. Life gets in the way, and the whole content thing stops.
Sound familiar?

So my content works on bursts of motivation. Or when a need arises.
After starting and stopping for 10+ years, here's what I'll tell you.
Anyone who's failing at content is just inconsistent.
This is what Build a Founder Brand does.
Instead of relying on motivation or posting when inspiration strikes – you install a system that enables you to post whether you feel like it or not.
It's like brushing teeth. I don't know anyone who enjoys brushing their teeth, but somehow, everyone seems to have a system to brush their teeth at least twice a day.
Unless you're an internet dummy, you've probably noticed more founders posting content. Why? Because they are getting free attention.
But 90% of people will eventually burn out and stop posting. Because, like me, they relied on short bursts of excitement and motivation.
Never rely on motivation. Have a system.
P.S. Success with building a personal brand isn't about being good at video editing or speaking. It's about how willing you are to show up and stay consistent. Exactly what Build a Founder Brand helps you do.
