Co-founder of myBurgerLab, Ren Yi advises marketers to create content documenting the behind-the-scenes process.

He shared the case study of Grumpy Bagels, where owner Claire Tan documented the entire process of turning a house into a bakery cafe on Instagram.

Her videos went viral. When she opened her cafe, people flocked over like it was the last day on earth.
