When we started Daily CMO – we thought that it will be a good idea to run a conference. Conferences bring people together and grow your network. It was a way to growth hack Daily CMO.

1 week into setting up, we realized how tough it was to organize a conference. From inviting the right speakers, getting them to say yes, securing a venue, budgeting, to promoting the event – there were challenges along the way.
